Based on isolated flyback and non-isolated high-voltage buck regulators for a mass volume market, we developed various high-performance yet cost-effective AC-DC controllers, switchers, and related IC chips for both primary-side and secondary-side regulation. These regulators address a wide range of power applications, including classical chargers, quick chargers, small home appliances, mid-power set-top boxes, and networking systems.
Most recently, we released a three-chip solution for enhancing the performance of ultra-high-power-density USB Type-C® power delivery (PD) systems. These products can be used in a wide variety of consumer electronics applications, including smartphone chargers and notebook adaptors. This solution includes an active clamp flyback PWM controller, a synchronous rectification controller, and a PD Controller. More information is available under Quick Charger.
To facilitate ease of product adoption for customers, we developed end-product form-factor platform solutions for popular AC-DC chargers and adaptors as reference designs. These reference design kits include evaluation boards, user guides, document system specifications, and performance benchmarks for user evaluation and customization.
