SERializer/DESerializer
	Translates an n-bit parallel bus into a differential serial stream
	Receives a differential serial stream and converts it back to an n-bit parallel bus
	SerDes technology simplifies transferring the parallel data by eliminating the skew between the parallel data paths and reduces system cost by narrowing the data path.
