San Jose, CA, 2005-08-05 - Pericom Semiconductor Corporation [Nasdaq National Market: PSEM] will issue a press release announcing its fourth quarter and annual fiscal
2005 results on Tuesday, August 9, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time, after the NASDAQ exchange closes. The press release will also contain restatements
of the first three quarters of fiscal 2005 as announced on August 2, 2005.
