Summary
Responsible to define new products, as well as develop, implement and monitor highly complex business plans to address maximizing the return on current products as well as defining next generation products. Position requires hands on direct interface with Field Sales, Sales representatives, Distribution Channel Partners and Chipset companies.
Responsibilities - Conducts Market research and reviews competitive activity on an on-going basis.
- Work closely with customers on new system architecture and defines emerging requirements for New product proposals (NPP)
- Drives demand creation through key design wins
- Champions and drives the product release cycle for both cost reduction and innovation of product activities.
- Evaluates sales performance and reviews progress against corporate long range plans and goals.
- Sets pricing strategy and monitors the financial performance of the entire product family
- Coordinates sales and related marketing collateral activities such as advertising and public relations to achieve marketing objectives.
- Drives and builds strong customer relationships and helps evaluate joint partnerships to further position product portfolios.
- Assists tactical marketing in the administration of marketing services including proposals, quotations, pricing scheduling and shipping of the product

Education and Experience
Must have a BSEE degree, or equivalent, and 5+ years experience in marketing of Frequency Control Products
Key Skills and Attributes Desired
- Good understanding on Frequency Control Products including crystals, Crystal oscillators, Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillators (TCXO), Voltage Controlled Crystal Osicllators (VCXO)
- Driver with Commitment to Task
- Understanding of one or more of Wireless Networks, Cell phones, Digital Television, Networking, Storage and telecom markets

Expertise Marketing of Frequency Control Products Experience 5+ years.
Education BSEE degree, or equivalent
