Under close supervision of Sr. Director of Engineering, will assist in designing electronic components that include CMOS (Complementary-Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor) & BiCMOS circuits & analog & digital mixed-signal integrated circuits [resistors, capacitors, MOS transistors, and bipolar transistors & linear analog integrated circuits (operational amplifiers & operational transconductance amplifiers)] You will:

• Assist in layout techniques for analog integrated circuits, and fabrication steps (lithography, metallization, plasma etching & annealing); in writing and defining integrated circuits product specifications
• Assist in operation of computer-assisted engineering & design software & equipment to perform engineering tasks
• Be required to help with measuring plus evaluating electronic components performance, testing
• Inspecting & debugging circuits to ensure conformance to specifications, safety standards, & applicable codes & regulations
• Confer with other engineers to resolve issues for production release of integrated circuits

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or foreign equivalent plus coursework or internships to include design-oriented analysis techniques in CMOS & BiCMOS processes;
• Design of resistors, capacitors, MOS transistors, & bipolar transistors; transistor-level design of linear analog integrated circuits (operational amplifiers & operational transconductance amplifiers);
• Layout techniques for analog integrated circuits, & fabrication steps (lithography, metallization, plasma etching & annealing).
