Responsible for new product definition, as well as sustaining introduced new products within the high-speed serial signal conditioning and PCI express markets on a worldwide basis.  Develop, implement and monitor complex business plans to address return on current products as well as defining next generation products.  Position requires hands on direct interface with customers, field sales, applications and design groups, partner and chipset companies.  Working knowledge of signal conditioning and PCI Express PHY/protocol and applications is required.

• Conduct Market research and review competitive activity on an on-going basis
• work closely with customers and chipset vendors on a new system architecture and define emerging requirements for New Product Proposals (NPP)
• Drive demand creation through key design wins
• Champion and drive the product release cycle for both cost reduction and innovation of product activities
• Evaluate sales performance and reviews progress against corporate long range plans and goals
• Set pricing strategy and monitor the financial performance of the entire product family
• Coordinate sales and related marketing collateral activities such as advertising and public relations to achieve marketing objectives
• Drive and builds strong relationships and helps evaluate joint partnerships to further position product portfolios
• Assist tactical marketing in the administration of marketing services including proposals, quotations, pricing scheduling and shipping of the product.

• Able to travel up to 30% - international and domestic

• Understanding of PC/notebook, server, storage, networking, telecom, embedded, graphics, and end applications

• Must be exceptionally strong with MS Word, Excel and Power Point software
